WINdrops are our 'thankyou' for customers coming to see us again!
One WINdrop is awarded for every complete £10 spent (excluding any delivery charge), £3 being reimbursed for every ten WINdrops awarded. Ten WINdrops and its multiples is the minimum quantity redeemable which can be credited off the total of any order placed on a subsequent date. There is a maximum quantity per order of 51 WINdrops .
You may email us at any time to verify your balance. In turn we will generally email you with the number of WINdrops earned when we confirm the delivery details of each order.
You will need to tell us when, on which order and how many WINdrops you wish to redeem. Please use either our secure order form ( in the ‘other details’ section) or you may prefer just to Email us separately by clicking here, quoting the confirmation order number in the subject line and the quantity of WINdrops you wish to cash in words ("TEN" "TWENTY" or whatever).
Your WINdrop account is based on a combination of your Email address, name and home address on our secure order form. Do not forget to tell us of any changes.
Though we must reserve the right to make alterations to WINdrops at our discretion there is currently no limit either in time or quantity to the number of WINdrops that can be reimbursed.
