This is included with the goods unless they are a gift or being delivered to a different address to that of the cardholder. If you require an invoice in these circumstances please request one when you order.

When you give us your details (except for delivery purposes) these are not disclosed to anyone else.

SECURITY
 All online order taking is on a fully secured site. As confirmation you should notice a padlock appear at the bottom of the on screen page ('browser' in the jargon). And https (for secure) in the address bar at the top.

 The secure server (Robodrop we call him) will email you a confirmation of the order request that it has received.

AVAILABILITY
 Although Robodrop works all hours seven days a week he is pretty thick otherwise, and capable only of acknowledging what he is told! If you have any queries after you have placed your secure order it is best to email: orderdrop@winedrop.co.uk. (Orderdrop only works office hours but he is a lot brighter.)

 If a certain vintage is essential to your order then please advise us at the time of placing your order. Otherwise vintages may 'follow on' subject to similar prices and quality.

 All items are offered subject to availability. In the unlikely event of the short supply of any lines this will be advised by email for your approval before payment. Except only..

 For the mixed case special offers we reserve the right to substitute a wine of similar quality and price should any wine become unavailable.

STRONGEST
Because alcoholic strength can vary according to vintage those quoted are liable to change. If alcoholic strength - or lack of it - is important to you please advise us at the time of placing your order.

NIHILIST
We make every effort to despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them, although under the law of England and Wales the customer has the right to cancel the order within seven days. Where the order is cancelled after it has been despatched then it will need to be returned. If this involves additional expense (such as collection) then we may charge for this service.
