Well balanced, good quality wine. Robust, fruity New World nose followed by a taste of rounded, ripe fruit, with just a suggestion of background oak. A style that has become an Australian classic, especially in the case of a wine as good as this one and of such attractive value.
Though labelled as straight Shiraz, only 85% of the blend IS Shiraz, added for balance is a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon.
